Duties
- Perform various odd jobs as assigned, including but not limited to minor repairs, cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed.
- Provide support for special projects or events, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and tidy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility in managing multiple tasks while prioritizing workload effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance person services, maintenance, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus, as some jobs may require transportation to different locations.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in various odd jobs is advantageous.
