What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Cleaning Supervisor position at Defender Services?
Defender Services is seeking a PERMANENT FIELD CLEANING PROJECT FOREMAN for cleaning services at a construction site in FLORENCE, SC.
Shift: 40 hours per week day shift and overtime as needed
Duties:
- Develop work schedules for a crew of 6 workers.
- Oversee and coordinate cleanup assignments for 6 workers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with, regional managers, clients and team members.
- Ensure all work meets all quality and safety standards.
- Identify and resolve potential issues or problems proactively.
- Ensure proper training for the use of industrial lifts and floor scrubbers.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction site cleaning.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience with cleaning processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Must have OSHA 30 certification
- Must have the ability to operate and train others on industrial lifts and floor scrubber machines
- Must not have a fear of heights
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to bend, squat, push, pull, walk, stand and lift 50 pounds during the entire shift
- Must be willing to adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
