What You'll Do :
We are seeking a passionate and experienced candidate for the role of Senior Manager, Software Engineering to motivate, empower, and drive innovation within the team. This role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and reliability of ADTs products through high-quality, innovative software solutions.
- Strategic Leadership : Engage in and improve the whole life cycle of services, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and technical vision.
- Technical Expertise : Possess a deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and architectures. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends.
- Security and Compliance : Promote a culture of secure software development.
- Stakeholder Management : Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Team Management : Recruit, build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The salary range for this role is $142,400 - $213,600 and is based on experience and qualifications.
Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.

Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
