Responsibilities :
As a Nurse( Clinical / Medical-Surg) you will :
- Document all nursing care and nursing assessments in the electronic medical record.
- Provide continuous patient observation, monitoring and reporting to prevent complications and restore the patient to health.
- Interpret vital signs, signs and symptoms of deterioration in condition, and normal and abnormal cardiac rhythms.
- Initiate life-saving measures, which include, but are not limited to cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Administer and monitors the use of medications.
Qualifications :
US Citizenship Required
Degree or diploma from a professional nursing program approved by the legally designated State accrediting agency at the time the program was completed by the applicant.
Active, current registration as a professional nurse in a State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States.
At least one year experience working as a Nurse (Clinical / Medical-Surg)
