Qualifying Experience
To qualify at the GG-13 grade level, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. Additionally, prior to reporting for duty the selectee must be found eligible for a DoD Top Secret security clearance with access to Special Compartmented Information (SCI) based upon a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), AND be approved for Presidential Support Duty in accordance with Department of Defense Directive 5210.55 (Yankee White - Category II, minimum).

Duties
- Serves as a Logistics Specialist responsible for developing, implementing, and validating life cycle logistics support programs and products (services and materials) to meet the needs of the J4 Logistics Directorate and its service divisions.
- Participates in the coordination and the delivery of replacement information technology (IT) equipment supporting deployed communications platforms.
- Establishes, interprets, distributes, and/or implements logistics and field level maintenance support guidance within White House Communication Agency’s J4 Directorate to comply with external mandates (i.e., laws, policies, regulations, etc.).
- Develops recommendations for system changes and improvements giving due consideration to the mission of serviced customers, conflicting program requirements, cost, and workload.
- Actively uses tools such as Jira, SharePoint and Confluence in conjunction with government software programs to perform logistical and field level maintenance duties and activities.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
- Individuals tentatively selected for drug testing designated positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency will be required to submit to urinalysis for illegal drugs prior to appointment or placement.
- Employee must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET, Single Scope Background Investigation, with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information access security clearance.

- Experience with life cycle logistic program functions i.e. planning, coordinating, and evaluating. AND Experience with field level maintenance actions to support the organizational goals.
