ASSESSMENT FACTORS

4. Knowledge of special operations strategic and tactical intelligence requirements; crisis and contingency planning sequences; and tactics, techniques and procedures.
5. Knowledge of interagency processes for coordination and execution of OCONUS deployments in support of data collection and production missions.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Knowledge of U.S. Diplomatic Facility operations and structure including Emergency Action Planning, Military assisted Non-Combatant Evacuation Operations (NEO), Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief Operations.
2. Experience conducting overseas mission planning and travel including training in the following: Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) focus areas; Situational Awareness; AT/FP Mission Planning; Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE); Defensive Driving/Vehicle Dynamics; Weapons Training; Unarmed Self-Defense; Basic/Intermediate Medical with experience using geospatial and Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) applications to compile, analyze, manage and produce intelligence products.
3. Operational/tactical experience that demonstrates the candidate's skills in developing planning requirements or supporting engagement of crisis response forces in permissive/non-permissive environments.
