ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Collects data and information on current business processes for improvement analysis and appropriately applies results to improve mission accomplishment and personal skills.
2. Identifies ways to convey information to multiple sources in a clear, straightforward manner
3. Collects and maintains data to track program and/or project progress against established timelines and objectives. Participates in determining the need for work standards and control systems.
4. nalyzes and interprets information using office management tools, policies, and/or procedures to ensure their offices ability to meet directorate strategic goals, objectives and priorities.
5. Utilizes a network of peers, subject matter experts, and supervisors beyond their own organization to understand how business processes can be used to share information and manage the flow of work across the Agency.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Familiar with Data Management governance procedures and policies.
2. Demonstrated experience with Tableau, Power-Bi, MS Excel, and other data management/dashboard tools.
3. Experience with advising and briefing senior leaders on current and future data requirements for the directorate.
