Duties

- Conduct technical sales presentations to showcase our services effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance account management strategies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a technical or business development role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
