Job Title : Payroll Clerk with Accounts Payable Experience
Location : Santa Fe Springs, CA
Pay Rate : $28-$30 per hour
Hours : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM, Monday to Friday
A leading provider of fresh produce in Santa Fe Springs, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Clerk to join the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and accounts payable, with proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.
The company prides itself on efficient operations and a dedicated team, ensuring that clients receive the best products and services.
Key Responsibilities :
Process payroll for up to 50 employees, including timesheets for contract employees- Payroll is 2 days a week.
Assist in all areas of accounting, including accounts payable, debit / credits, and general ledger accounting.
Utilize proprietary accounting software to manage financial records.
Collaborate with a small team of 4-5 members to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.
Requirements :
Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and accounts payable.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with proprietary accounting software is a plus.
