What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Inspector position at Defense Search?
KPG has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in the defense industry and is seeking a Quality Inspector to join the team. They specialize in developing customized rugged solutions.
Pay : $25- $29 per hour
Shift : 6 : 30 am- 3 : 15 pm Mon- Fri
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform receiving, in-process, and final inspections on materials, components, and finished products
- Conduct First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) and document results
- Verify compliance with blueprints, schematics, travelers, and technical documentation
- Perform functional acceptance testing on computer systems, test equipment, and cable assemblies
- Utilize calibrated gauges, calipers, multi-meters, and other inspection tools
- Ensure adherence to customer and regulatory quality standards
- Work closely with the production team to maintain product quality and safety
- Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
