Flex Security Officer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Flex Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance operations. As a Flex Officer, you will adapt to various assignments and locations, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through CCTV and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, utilizing first aid and CPR skills as necessary.
• Manage conflicts effectively by applying conflict resolution techniques.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with security protocols.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Certification in first aid, CPR, or conflict management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention strategies is a plus.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed
