Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to identify potential security threats.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
- Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities for record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
- Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid protocols to provide immediate assistance if required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in law enforcement or loss prevention is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and monitoring equipment.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Military background is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with individuals at all levels.
