Duties
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unusual activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and security within the facility.
- Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for investigations or incidents.
- Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Skills
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Ability to remain alert and observant while on duty.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and concisely.
