Full Stack Developer (Web3 / Crypto)

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for end-to-end development—from designing robust back-end architectures to implementing sleek, high-performing front-end interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, DevOps) to bring secure and scalable features to our growing user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Maintain: Develop new features on both front-end and back-end, ensuring clean, maintainable code.
• Integration: Work closely with external APIs/services, particularly in Web3/DeFi contexts, to enable real-time data and transaction functionalities.
• Performance & Security: Optimize for speed and handle potential high-traffic scenarios while maintaining strict security standards.
• Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and mentorship for junior developers.
• Innovation: Stay current with evolving blockchain and Web3 trends to propose and implement best practices.

• 3 years of software development experience (full stack or front-end/back-end combined).
• Expertise with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Node.js, React, or similar).
• Experience working in the crypto/DeFi domain (smart contracts, on-chain data, wallet integrations, etc.)—Solana experience is a huge plus.
• Proficient in RESTful API development; familiarity with WebSocket or real-time data streaming is desirable.
• Strong Knowledge of security best practices and user authentication flows (especially in a non-custodial or Web3 context).
• Comfortable with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based workflows.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: able to handle complex challenges, propose elegant solutions, and adapt quickly to shifting requirements.

• Familiarity with Solana or other L1 blockchains.
• Smart Contract development experience (Rust, Solidity, or similar).
• Knowledge of Next.js, Vue, or other modern front-end frameworks.
• DevOps or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) for scalable deployments.
• Experience building or integrating subscription-based or advanced data-driven features.
