Defiant Law is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations of the firm. This individual will lead the non-legal staff and ensure workflow efficiency across our teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is capable of scaling systems and processes for a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee Intake, Processing, and CRR teams.
- Implement and optimize internal workflows and SOPs.
- Collaborate closely with Legal Manager to ensure alignment between legal and operations.
- Maintain productivity dashboards and performance metrics.
- Conduct staff scheduling, support hiring and training efforts.
- Help enforce quality control and client communication standards.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communication and task delegation.
- Report regularly to the firm’s leadership on operations KPIs.
- 3 years in an operations or administrative leadership role (legal field preferred).
- Strong background in workflow design, task management, or process optimization.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Experience using tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM or case management software.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and time management skills.
