Defining Wellness Centers, LLC. is seeking a Director of Human Resources. This is a full-time, salaried position located in Brandon, MS with Defining Wellness Centers, LLC. Defining Wellness Centers is a substance abuse treatment addiction facility with primary operations in Brandon and Ridgeland Mississippi.
This position is responsible for all aspects of the HR process including payroll production, interviews, hiring process, posting positions, benefits administration and oversight of setup/billing, terminations/discipline process, working with managers on staffing issues and positions, workers comp, budgeting process with CFO, all state/federal reporting, tracking licensures, cobra process, and setting on leadership teams for HR reporting. This position is responsible for meeting the Department of Mental Health and the Joint Commission practices to ensure staffing meets the requirements for both entities.
The position requires a minimum of 3 years of human resources experience. The position works with Paychex Flex for the payroll/HR/Benefits process, experience with Paychex is helpful but not required.
