Defining Wellness Centers is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper for our Brandon campus. This position requires a good work ethic and ability to work as scheduled.
Position Hours/Days-
1 Full-time Positions for Monday through Friday shift, 7a to 3:30 pm daily.
Location-
3949 Hwy 43 North, Brandon, MS 39047
About 15 minutes from the last light leaving Lakeland Drive near the Northeast corner of the reservoir.
Description
This position is full-time position for Housekeeping staff. This position requires strong work ethic, ability to show up when scheduled, and ability to work independently. Knowledge of confidentiality of medical treatment information (HIPAA) is required for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilizes proper safety procedures
- Attend ongoing meetings and trainings
- Plans and implements all activities related to day to day housekeeping needs of facility
- Makes beds
- Cleans bedrooms, common areas and bathrooms each day
- Responsible for laundry services of bed linens and bath towels
- Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Must utilize Personal Protective Equipment, i.e. gloves, while cleaning potentially contaminated areas and abide by Universal Health Precautions
- Performs other duties as assigned.
