What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Intern, Summer 2025 position at Definitive Healthcare, US?
Your challenge:
As a summer intern at Definitive Healthcare, you will work on integral projects focused on assessing and improving the quality of our healthcare organization and provider data. This ~10 week program will take place between June and August, and allow individuals to learn more about the healthcare market. You will also gain tangible skills in research, data entry, and time management.
- Accurately enter changes and updates into our database using Webforms or Microsoft Access
- Assist in ensuring data quality and consistency by conducting regular data exercises
- Flex your analytical muscles, by cross referencing data sets to look for duplication and/or errors
- Conduct phone and web-based research to complete both short and long-term projects
What you’ll need:
- 2-3 years of experience as a college student! This summer internship is for rising juniors and seniors interested in short term employment during their break from school
- Exceptional attention to detail and a desire to look for and solve problems
- An interest in learning about data and data analytics
- Skills in data entry and typing
- Excel and internet research experience, a major plus
