This role will report into our Manager, Business Intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide real-time insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity across various sources.
- Design and implement BI solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Support data migration, integration, and data warehousing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems (SQL Server).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
