We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills, expertise in marketing strategy and execution, and a passion for delivering impactful initiatives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

This position is remote but must be based in Houston or Dallas.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Senior Marketing role with a track record of successful initiatives and team leadership.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, SEO, and content management.
Experience in managing and mentoring diverse teams, including internal and external members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Dynamics CRM or HubSpot.
Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across departments.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with event planning, sponsorship management, and partner channel strategies.
Knowledge of best practices in revenue generation, account-based marketing, and customer lifecycle management.

Main Activities

Lead and coordinate a marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and growth.

Manage website content, service offerings, and SEO to enhance digital presence.

Design and oversee account-based marketing strategies to increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Plan and execute company events, coordinate sponsorships, and maximize event engagement.

Source and manage vendors to support marketing operations, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
