What We Are Looking For - Is This You?
- Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning, including washing, waxing, and polishing the body, wheels, and windows.
- Clean, vacuum, and shampoo the vehicle’s interior, including seats, carpets, mats, and upholstery.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces, including leather and vinyl conditioning, to enhance the vehicle's appearance and protect it from damage.
- Remove stains, odors, and imperfections from the interior and exterior surfaces of the vehicle using specialized products.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or wear and communicate any concerns to the supervisor or management.
- Conduct reconditioning work, including touch-ups on paintwork, trim, and upholstery, as needed.
- Use equipment such as buffers, steam cleaners, pressure washers, and vacuums to perform cleaning and reconditioning tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies while handling cleaning products and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring vehicles meet or exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, detailing, or reconditioning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products specific to automotive care.
- Ability to work efficiently, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Ability to handle and manage cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, and lifting objects as necessary.
- A valid driver’s license is required; additional certifications in automotive detailing are a plus.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with the possibility of overtime depending on workload.
- Work is primarily conducted indoors or in a garage type setting.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive work.
- Experience working in a dealership or similar automotive setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols consistently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
