Montessori Teacher | Infant

Are you a loving and passionate educator who thrives in a Montessori environment? Navarre Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated Infant Montessori Teacher to join our nurturing and child-centered community.

Qualifications

• Experience working with infants in a Montessori classroom or similar setting.
• A genuine passion for the Montessori philosophy and early childhood education.

Preferred (but not required):

• Certified Montessori teacher or actively training/currently enrolled in a Montessori certification program.

Requirements

• Two reference letters:
• From a previous employer.
• From a family member or friend.
• DCF training and exams are required by the state and must be completed by the employee. The cost of these trainings is not covered by the employer.
• CPR certification is required and must also be completed by the employee.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Start Date: As soon as the infant room enrollment reaches 4 students.

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
• Montessori Teaching: 2 years (Preferred)
• Early Childhood Education: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Montessori Certification (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• De Funiak Springs, FL 32435: Relocate before starting work (Required)
