Key Responsibilities :
- Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
- Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.
