We are seeking a Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods, including banquet events.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
- Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with banquet service is advantageous for event-based operations.
