- Knowledge of soil conditions, drainage, grading, and environmental regulations a plus.
- Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Budgeting and cost estimation skills.
- Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills for coordinating crews and subcontractors.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Project planning and Coordination
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure project work aligns with client expectations, timelines. budget.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, specifications, and requirements.
- Schedule project milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Budget and Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial constraints.
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment, and track expenditures throughout the project.
- Review and approve invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Team Management
- Supervise and lean onsite crews, including landscapers, laborers, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure workers adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Quality Control and Site Supervision
- Ensure the landscape construction meets design specifications, quality standards, and local building codes.
- Conduct onsite inspections to ensure proper installation of hardscaping, irrigation systems, planting, grading, and other landscape features.
- Identify and address issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality.
- Client communication and relationship management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project concerns or conflicts that a rise during the project.
- Procurement and resource management.
