Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the internet and customer development processes for the sales department
  • Coordinate tasks and schedules within a group of sales representatives in a call center environment
  • Schedule customer appointments and contact existing customers with current sales promotions
  • Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and sales questions received via phone, text, chat and email
  • Contribute to high scores for the manufacturer’s customer satisfaction index (CSI)
  • Strive for continual improvement in the Business Development Center and in the company as a whole
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity
  • Understanding of manufacturer’s specifications and staying up to date with new changes in product

Qualifications:

  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong email, text, chat, video and phone presence is necessary
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment, must thrive under pressure
  • Automotive experience is preferred
  • Comfortable with video walk arounds for customers 
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
