Job Description
As a Harvest Cellar Hand at Dehlinger Winery, you will be responsible for assisting our winemaking team in various tasks throughout the harvest season. These may include facility and equipment cleaning, confined space entry procedures, electric forklift operation, scissor lift operation, pump operation, Euromachines AS10 destemmer setup and breakdown, fermentation monitoring, transfer of grape stems to compost, and winemaking nutrient additions.
You will also be involved in bottling operations, including loading glass onto the bottling line and unloading full cases off the line and pallet stacking according to specifications. Your strong work ethic and positive attitude will enable you to adapt to variable hours and flexible scheduling during peak and non-peak periods.
