We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Install HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local building codes.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper installation and functionality.
• Install and connect ductwork, electrical wiring, and thermostats as part of HVAC installations.
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems, including compressors, fans, and motors.
• Collaborate with contractors, clients, and team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
• Complete installation documentation and paperwork as required.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, new products, and installation techniques.
  

• Must be a resident of California with valid work authorization
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HVAC certification or completion of an accredited HVAC program.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and blueprints.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have own hand tools
