As a Technical Support Specialist at Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment Co., LLC, you will play a vital role in providing engineering support to assist in the upfitting of class 1-8 commercial vehicles. This involves collaborating with the engineering staff to develop solutions for technical problems and participating in cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
The successful candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability, mathematical proficiency, and knowledge of 3D CAD software and Microsoft products. They should be able to use a variety of small hand and power tools in a safe manner and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to wear required PEE and work safely with heavy equipment, hydraulic, pneumatic, & electrical systems is necessary.
