What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lot Attendant position at Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment?

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:
As a Lot Attendant you will receive, inspect, and park vehicles and maintain storage lot on premises, under the general supervision of the Logistics Manager. What we require from you is:
- A clean, valid Class D driver's license.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, in all weather conditions.
- Ability to use both oral and written communication.
- Attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal directions and written instructions.
- A team-player with a good work ethic (courteous, flexible, punctual, and professional).
- Level-headed, detail-oriented & safety contentious.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL ENVIRONMENT:
- This position requires the ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds, perform moderately difficult manipulative skills and hand-eye coordination skills, sit, and stand for prolonged periods.
- The job functions year-round with most of the time spent outdoors. Activities will include sitting, standing, and climbing on and off equipment. These activities will occur while driving and loading/unloading. There will be varying temperatures based on seasonal weather.
