Lash Artist Job Description
Responsibilities include :
- Learning and following all Deka Lash protocols and procedures in eyelash extension
- Following Deka Lash Training to become certified in all services
- Staying up-to-date on eyelash extension theory and sanitation
- Participating in continuing education programs and staff meetings
- Conducting thorough consultations with clients
- Building client relationships and your book
- Educating clients on how to care for their extensions at home
- Selling products to ensure lash retention
- Converting clients to members
- Educating clients on all Deka Lash services
- Utilizing the Point of Sale System in-studio
- Providing clients with a great customer experience
- Following all sanitation protocols and standards
- Ensuring the studio is kept clean and neat at all times
- Attending all monthly meetings whether in person or by phone
- Performing additional duties as required
