Deka Lash, one of the fastest-growing brands in the beauty industry, is seeking a goal-driven EYELASH EXTENSION STUDIO MANAGER with a passion for artistry and sales. We encourage all ethnicities, genders, and bilingual candidates to apply!
The ideal candidate is a licensed esthetician with at least 3 years experience as a lash artist. This is a Full-Time position. Your time will be split between eyelash application / services (75%) and managerial duties (25%).
Client-focused Responsibilities (as a Lash Artist)
- Paid Training to learn Deka Lash technique
- Provide all lash and beauty services
- Earn commissions on every membership, service, and product sold
- Opportunity to become a Master Lash Artist and / or Trainer (more $$$)
- Paid vacation and sick leave
- Sharing positive work / client experiences on social media daily is a MUST
- Willing to perform additional duties as required
Staff-focused Responsibilities (as a Manager)
Required Qualifications
Pay : $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
