*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Eyelash Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for beauty and enhancing natural features, this role is perfect for you. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash services to our clients and ensuring they leave feeling confident and beautiful. *Duties* - Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care - Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Educate clients on proper aftercare for their eyelash extensions - Upsell additional beauty services or retail products to clients *Skills* - Proficiency in applying eyelash extensions - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of various eyelash styles and techniques - Experience in retail sales is a plus - Familiarity with MINDBODY software for scheduling appointments - Ability to perform body waxing, dermal fillers, or dermabrasion is advantageous - Previous experience in hair styling or sales is beneficial - Front desk or guest services experience is a bonus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for beauty and excellent customer service skills, we invite you to apply for the position of Eyelash Specialist at our salon.
