- Perform supplier qualifications in support of QMS including, supplier audits, review of Quality Agreements, review of certifications, and review of supplier surveys.
- Documentation support
- Maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL)
- Review and support Supplier Corrective Action requests (SCARs) and responses
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate and communicate supplier expectations
- Facilitate meetings between Engineering, Supplier Management, and Purchasing
- Monitor supplier performance and supplier qualifications to assist in maintaining the status of the supplier
- Support development and maintenance of supplier management procedures and processes
- Support supplier management process improvements
- Support QMS collection and trending of supplier-related quality data
- Manage and maintain supplier quality databases
- Support supplier audits and inspections
- Must have a Bachelor's degree
- Must have experience in a documentation focused industry
- Must have experience working within an administrative system
- Customer/Vendor/Supplier communication experience
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and in a collaborative environment
- Ability to review and analyze data for accuracy and interpret and speak to the documented results
- Skilled in various computer programs. Including but not limited to: Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, ERP and MRP tools
