Claratel Behavioral Health has an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Assistant at our North DeKalb Mental Health Center location 3807 Clairmont Rd, Chamblee GA 30341. The Front Desk serves as the first level of contact for the client experience ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.
HOURS : MONDAY- FRIDAY 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm
Under general supervision, the Front Desk Assistant will perform a variety of general clerical duties in support of the daily functions of the program including, but not limited to :
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greeting clients and guests upon arrival
- Facilitating the process of admitting clients to the facility
- Insurance Verification
- Scheduling
- Appointment Reconciliation
- Verifies Authorizations and Treatment Plans
- Bed Management and Census Verification
- Answering multi-line phones and responding to requests immediately
- Protecting patients' rights through strong adherence of HIPPA regulations
- Excellence in communication skills, both verbal and written
