Lead and support an assigned group of youth participants, to include the follow duties/responsibilities:
Must be at least 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
Specific License of Certification Required: Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver’s license and have reliable transportation. Some travel may be required.

Lead and support an assigned group of youth participants, to include the follow duties/responsibilities:
- Provide direct service coordination and encourage intern participation, monitor daily attendance, and support interns to enhance success, productivity, and achievement of established DSYEP training objectives.
- Provide weekly contact with interns and site supervisors to ensure they are meeting the basic program goals, engage interns in discussion, provide intervention, advocate, and mediate on intern’s behalf, and provide information to interns and their parents/guardians.
- Work with interns to assist with removing any barriers impacting program participation, a plan to address those needs, and continuous follow-up to ensure that they report to their assigned sites and complete the internship program.
- Assess, collect, and maintain accurate information and keep records in a confidential manner and complete all reporting requirements and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Attend meetings or training sessions as needed or required with interns, employers and community partners such as the DCSS Staff and supporting agencies.
Must be at least 21 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
- Case management experience working with young adults 16-21
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Zoom /TEAMS; with the ability to learn new applications.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions, resolve conflicts, and listen.
- Ability to deal calmly in crisis situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be compassionate and firm and always maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working with youths with disabilities is helpful.
