POSITION : Full-Time ELEMENTARY School Special Education Teacher
DESCRIPTION : Hinckley-Big Rock CUSD #429 is seeking a passionate special education teacher for students. The teacher will provide direct instruction for students who have identified learning and behavioral needs.
Candidates must be knowledgeable, flexible, and student-centered. Strong communication skills are necessary. Candidates must work well on a team and be willing to share ideas and plan collaboratively with other teachers, related staff, and administration. Experience with autism and related disorders is preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS : The qualified individual must hold an IL Professional Educator License with a LBS1 approval or endorsement.
