Title : Analyst II, ERP Support
Ensure the effective operation of Business Enterprise systems by analyzing, designing, creating, implementing, and supporting systems and programs based on user requirements. This role requires expertise in the field and the ability to operate with limited oversight.
Essential Functions :
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert, providing guidance to colleagues as required.
- Complete complex analysis related to job functions, recommending solutions that involve consideration of multiple variables to enhance effectiveness.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the district's Business Enterprise Applications, including its development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance to support strategic goals.
- Define application problems by conferring with clients and develop solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads, managers, vendors, IT staff, and others to solicit cooperation and resolve problems while maintaining system integrity and security.
- Provide guidance in developing and maintaining data integrity for various applications.
- Research, design, and maintain software systems that interface with Crosspointe and AS / systems.
- Implement computer software following best practices; Document code consistently throughout the development process on procedural, modular, and database levels.
- Plan processes for application development efficiently with minimum assistance from a supervisor; Complete complex analysis to recommend solutions when faced with multiple variables.
- Advise system users on proper usage, resolving user issues promptly and installing test enhancements to systems from providers as needed.
- Attend meetings to assist in supporting current or new systems effectively while ensuring adherence to the policies of internal standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
