Position Summary: Operates Presses in accordance with established procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operates press in accordance with established procedures.
Ensures acceptable levels of production are met and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Regularly inspects product to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
Will lift green tile whenever necessary.
Switches dies and frames as needed for production orders/runs.
Maintains work area in a neat, orderly, and safe condition.
Makes modifications to press as needed to correct production and/or quality issues.
Maintains a safe and clean, organized work area at all times.
Performs die and frame transfers as needed based upon production orders.
Alerts supervisor to any problems with production levels and/or quality standards.
Maintains production and quality control logs as required by established procedures.
Comply with safety regulations (OSHA and Company) and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications:
1 years of manufacturing experience desired.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
Must be able to life and move objects up to 65 pounds during assigned shift with heavier weights as necessary at times.
