What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Tech-DGF position at Del Grosso Foods?
Educations & Qualifications : Prefer minimum of two-year degree in science or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Essential Functions :
- Monitor critical control points of food processing.
- Complete laboratory testing of production and retain samples.
- Monitor production line, specifically filling process.
- May assist in reviewing ingredient, raw material and product specifications.
- May assist with inspections and R&D tasks.
