**Restaurant Server Position Summary**
The Restaurant Waitstaff provides an exciting environment and world-class service by delivering old-world hospitality and charm for restaurant guests. The server will maintain a high standard of cleanliness according to food service sanitation codes, possess extensive menu knowledge, take guest orders, anticipate their needs, deliver the orders, and tender payment.
Focusing on departmental goals of consistency, quality, and sense of urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Punctual attendance at pre-shift meetings with a positive attitude and active participation.
- Consistent delivery of world-class service while adhering to company core values.
- Compliance with department standards, guidelines, and objectives, including adherence to food service and sanitation, OSHA, and Hazcom standards and guidelines.
- Providing consistent high-quality food and beverage service to all guests dining in the restaurants by following sequence of service standards completely and correctly.
- Utilizing upselling techniques.
- Operate the Point of Sale System according to provided training.
- Practicing all alcohol awareness policies and procedures.
- Maintaining complete knowledge and understanding of restaurant and bar menus.
- Participating in departmental cross-training exercises to learn shoulder job duties such as Hostess or Bus Person.
- Cleaning spills immediately and using chemicals responsibly.
- Assisting supervisors in putting supplies away according to the 5S Principles.
- Conducting oneself in a gracious, kind, and warm manner that creates a sense of fondness and professionalism.
Working Conditions
- Able to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior food service experience preferred.
- Ability to read instructions and correspondence/memos.

- Maintaining confidential information.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Attending required training sessions offered by the casino.
- Obtaining required license(s).
- Performing duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Taking necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco.
- Knowledge of ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures related to the Team Member's department.
- Knowledge of the Property's programs to address problem gambling.
- Consulting with appropriate individuals and maintaining effective systems of written policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with state regulations and Systems of Internal Controls.
- Taking appropriate steps to investigate exceptions, fraud, and potential violations and reporting such instances to appropriate levels of management.
- Reporting any acts of wrongdoing on behalf of any Team Member that they have knowledge of.
