Job Overview
This position performs a variety of clerical, administrative, and office support for the Sales & Rentals Department, more specifically, the Concessions Department.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provides excellent customer service; in-person, by phone and via email, by answering questions promptly from vendors and partners and works with frequent interruptions.
- Maintains up to date records using vendor management software.
- Tracks vendor payments.
- Prepares and distributes necessary information.
- Copies and assembles employment packets, forms, etc.
- Follows compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested when needed.
- Assists team with various special projects.
- Operates a variety of office equipment including a computer, copier, scanner, fax machine, telephone, and utilizes various computer applications.
- Helps prepare vendor packets.
- Tracks and monitors status of all contracts.
- Help track insurance documents.
- Reviews, maintains, and approves paperwork pertaining to vendors participation by verifying the completeness and accuracy of forms and documents.
