Job Description:
As our Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. Your responsibilities will range from managing schedules and communications to coordinating client interactions. We’re also seeking someone with a strong social media background to help us elevate our online presence, promote our projects, and engage with our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Assistant Tasks:
- Manage the owner’s calendar, appointments, and daily tasks.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
- Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain organized records and files related to projects, invoices, and contracts.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to showcase our remodeling projects.
- Create and curate engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and respond to messages and comments across social media channels.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
- Stay up to date with trends in both remodeling and social media marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong background in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and social media tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the home remodeling industry is a plus, but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
