Guest Services Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE
Del Mar Vacations purpose it to create lifelong memories through 5-star experiences for Guests, Owners and Our Team. Our Guest Services Coordinator invest their efforts in Guest Memories and are our frontline representatives – the members of this team provide the highest level of hospitality to Del Mar’s Guests and potential Guests. You will do this by managing reservations (responding to inquiries, following up with leads, booking reservations, answering phone calls) and providing Guest Hospitality (pre-Arrival, during their stay and even after they depart by answering questions, solving issues over the phone and dispatching support to the home when required) . You will utilize the phone, email, and texts as well as numerous technology programs such as the Google Suite, HubSpot, Zuper, and Guesty.
ABOUT YOU
- You pride yourself in being able to provide a five-star experience to Guests
- Always communicating in a friendly, patient, helpful and courteous manner (even when a guest is upset) is one of your superpowers
- You have clear and effective writing skills
- You are able to seamlessly flex between tasks and adjust priorities according to Guests’ needs
- You are always willing to go the extra mile to help a co-worker or Guest find solutions
- You love using technology and have experience in using different programs to make reservations, log maintenance requests, track reservations data and run various reports.
