Job Description:
As a Medical Product Assembler at Del Medical, you'll play a crucial role in assembling medical products that meet our stringent quality standards. The responsibilities include:

• Reading and interpreting assembly drawings and instructions to accurately assemble medical products.
• Ensuring efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the assembly process.
• Inspecting incoming materials and in-house assemblies thoroughly for compliance.
• Adhering to regulatory and company standards during the assembly process.
• Documenting product information for traceability and compliance.
• Managing inventory by following established procedures and suggesting improvements for the supply chain.
• Following ISO procedures for compliance with quality management standards.
• Participating in audits and inspections to ensure ISO compliance.
• Maintaining a professional attitude when interacting with team members and external partners.
• Promoting positive relationships through effective communication and teamwork.
• Keeping the work area organized and clean for safety and efficiency.
• Using proper lifting techniques to promote a safe working environment.
• Adapting to changing tasks and taking on additional responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in product assembly, preferably in the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory compliance in the medical industry.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly and documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO quality management procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading is required
