Responsibilities :
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for processing weekly payroll for hourly employees. This position involves ensuring compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and maintaining confidentiality regarding employee compensation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Payroll Processing
Review and audit timecards, attendance, and work schedules to confirm accuracy before processing payroll.
Maintain accurate payroll records and files for all employees.
Support benefits deductions inquiries, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employees' benefits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, including questions about deductions, pay rates or discrepancies to ensure employee satisfaction.
