The job of Student Activity/Traffic Monitor is done for the purpose/s of providing support to the instructional process with specific responsibilities for overseeing students' conduct on assigned school campus, schoolbased transportation (school bus), or in transit to/from school; and reporting incidents that may impact the safety or well-being of students, staff, and visitors. This job is distinguished from similar jobs by the following characteristics: The Student Activity/Traffic Monitor is the first in a multi-level career path. This position requires the ability to assure the safety of students and intervene if negative behaviors are bserved.
This job reports to Assigned Administrator/Manager The Del Norte Unified School District and County Office of Education is a combined District and COE.
