Partner Sales Program Manager (Public Sector)
Remote, $54-58/hour, W2 Employment, 6 month Contract with possibility for extension

Del Oro Consulting, a national consulting solutions provider with 20 years of experience delivering services to global technology leaders, is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Program Manager to support a high-profile client.

This role is ideal for a strategic business professional with experience managing large-scale programs at the business level, preferably within the Public Sector, Federal, or another business vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities.
  • Drive ongoing and cyclical business activities such as new year readiness and initiatives tied to global enterprise programs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program roadmap, tracking progress and aligning stakeholders to key deliverables.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to gather insights and drive program success.
  • Monitor program effectiveness, proactively identifying risks and implementing process improvements.
  • Communicate program updates, risks, and achievements through regular stakeholder briefings and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience leading complex, business-level initiatives.
  • Must have experience at the business level within a large enterprise, preferably within a vertical such as Public Sector, Federal, or another business-aligned vertical.
  • Strong business strategy and execution expertise.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with adaptability.

Details of Position:

  • Work Arrangement: Remote
  • Hourly Rate: $54-58/hour on a W2
