Spray License Required
Must be able to provide services with proper application techniques and practices.
As a Spray Technician, you are responsible for being self-directed while performing the delivery of services. Our clients trust us to provide quality services and you are key in helping us live out our values every day. You are a proactive leader and self-starter who can interact with the public and other team members. You have a strong work ethic and manage time to effectively meet deadlines. You have experience in spraying with an up to date WSDA license.
Duties include:
Ø Must always work safely
Ø Lawn Applications (Fertilization, Herbicide and pest management treatments)
Ø Tree and Shrub Applications
Ø Weed Control Applications
Ø Pre-Emergent Applications
Ø Proper care of company vehicle and spray equipment
Requirements:
Ø Valid Driver License & clean driving record
Ø WSDA Commercial Operator license (Pesticide and Herbicide applications)
Ø Knowledge of local landscape pests, diseases and proper treatments of such
Ø Positive Attitude
Ø Willing to Work Hard
Ø Willingness to learn
Ø Sales are a must
Ø Manage mixing products to proper proportions
Ø Apply granular as well as liquid products for pre-emergents, bed touchups, fertilizer, and weed control
Ø Perform landscape enhancement activities such as mulch application, plantings, pruning, etc.
Ø Keeping accurate documentation required for pesticide applications, etc.
Ø Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns
Job Requirements:
Ø Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record
Ø Willingness to work occasional (paid) overtime
Ø Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
