Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Duties
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment based on order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order lists to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely; certification may be required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
